American Traveler is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology RN for a day shift travel position requiring 2+ years of EP experience with proficiency in scrub, circulator, and nursing roles.

Details

• Works in the Electrophysiology unit of a 495-bed hospital
• Procedures include ablation procedures, device placements, and Watchman procedures
• Day shift schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (3x12s)
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• No on-call requirements
• No floating requirements
• EMR: Epic (required)

Requirements

• Active VA state RN license or compact RN license required
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS and ACLS (must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
• Minimum 2 years of EP procedure experience required
• Proficiency in scrub, circulator, and nursing roles required — experience in both scrub and circulator roles must be reflected in work history
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US SSN required

Additional Information

• Candidate must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Dress code follows Valley Health System policy
• Winchester, VA is located in the Shenandoah Valley, approximately 2 hours from Washington, D.C., with access to outdoor recreation, wine and beer trails, and cultural attractions
