American Traveler is hiring a travel RN Case Manager for a Level II Trauma Center in Everett, WA, requiring acute care and discharge planning experience with Epic proficiency.

Details

• Work setting is a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across two campuses
• Case Management unit with responsibilities spanning all areas of the hospital
• Required to float between both campuses (less than 2 miles apart) and potentially all facilities within Washington State
• Schedule is days, 5x8 shifts (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Every other weekend required
• Charts using Epic (experience required)
• Parking is facility-paid

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or compact RN license (pending license accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
• Discharge planning and/or care coordination experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Diverse case management experience across Med/Surg, long length of stay (LLOS), and ED settings strongly preferred
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
