American Traveler is seeking an experienced CVOR RN for a 13-week travel contract requiring a minimum of 3 years of recent CVOR circulator experience in a high-volume hospital setting.

Details

• Works in a high-volume CVOR service line comprising 4–6 ORs, including an endovascular suite, with capacity for four concurrent cardiopulmonary bypass procedures
• Surgical caseload includes complex cardiac procedures (CABG, valve repair/replacement, aortic dissection, heart transplant, VAD placement, Impella/IABP, adult ECMO, TAVR), thoracic procedures (laparoscopic, robotic-assisted, and open), and vascular procedures (ESRD graft/fistula placement/revision, endovascular procedures)
• Schedule is 3 shifts per week, 11:00 AM–11:30 PM, on weekdays based on departmental need
• Call coverage required after normal business hours and on weekends
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• Minimum of 3 years of recent, full-time experience as a CVOR circulator in a high-volume hospital setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced surgical environment with minimal onboarding
• At least 2 verifiable references from prior travel assignments confirming no training was needed
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Full Social Security Number and full date of birth required for consideration
