American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in a hospital respiratory therapy department.

• Work in a hospital-based Respiratory Therapy department
• Night shift hours: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
• License required if applicable
• Completion of De-escalation/Behavioral Violence Prevention (DCI/BVP) training required; can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC resource

Additional Information

• Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician
• Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of patient care with consideration of age- and population-specific needs
• May be assigned as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor, taking responsibility for the department during the shift
• Local candidates are accepted
• DOB and SSN are required for consideration
