Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel assignment in Montana, requiring at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience and an active MT or compact RN license.

Details

• Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week)
• 13-week contract
• Med/Surg unit in a regional hospital setting
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required

Requirements

• Active MT or compact RN license — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Current AHA BLS certification required — must not expire prior to assignment start
• ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for unit
• Epic EMR experience
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for Med/Surg patients
• Duties include health teaching, health counseling, reviewing treatment plans, and documenting per hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Candidates who have worked permanently at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least one year to be eligible for a travel assignment
