Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level III/IV Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience including scrub and circulating, and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
• Level III or IV designation with complex obstetric cases
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Every other holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact state RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NRP
• Minimum 2 years of recent Level III or IV Labor & Delivery experience, including scrub and circulating (travel experience accepted)
• Minimum 18 months of permanent employment experience in L&D prior to travel
• A valid driver's license and Social Security card are required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required
• Two professional references are required for consideration
• Consecutive assignments at this health system are limited to 18 months, with a minimum 6-month break required before beginning another assignment at any location within the same system
