Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a 16-week night shift travel contract in Syracuse, NY, requiring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience and an active NY RN license.

Details

• Position is in a hospital NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period
• 16-week contract
• Charting is done in Epic
• No blocked scheduling allowed

Requirements

• Active NY RN license, clear and in good standing, required
• Current certifications required: BLS, PALS, and NRP
• Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience required
• Two professional references from a manager or supervisor within the last year required for consideration
• Skills checklist completed within the last 12 months required for consideration
• Resume with no gaps in work history required for consideration

• Any color scrubs permitted
• Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility may be eligible for a local pay rate
