American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a PACU Night position at an academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring a minimum of 3 years of RN experience and prior travel PACU experience.

• PACU setting within a large academic medical center in Boston, MA
• 36-hour work week, Monday through Thursday
• Night shift position
• Uses Epic for charting
• UKG/Kronos timekeeping system
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of PACU experience as a travel nurse required
• Minimum 1 year of academic medical center experience required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
• Active MA RN license must be in hand at time of consideration — no pending licenses accepted

Additional Information

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical and procedural interventions
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced rate
• No validated parking available at this Boston location; public transportation is encouraged, and public parking lots are available at rates ranging from $17–$22 per day
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
