American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Ambulatory Infusion position at a cancer treatment center, requiring 2 years of infusion experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Ambulatory infusion clinic setting within a cancer treatment center
• Patient population includes MS, GI, Neuro, Transplant, and Obstetric diagnoses
• Administers emergency treatments for infusion reactions, iron infusions, disease-modifying drugs, fluids, and specialty medications including Tysabri
• Day shift schedule: either 4x10s (7:00–17:30) or 5x8s
• No weekend or holiday shifts required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating between clinics within the state may be required
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of infusion nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• REMS training for Tysabri administration will be provided if the candidate does not already have it
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 1 request of up to 3 days; holiday RTO is not permitted
• All RTO requests must be disclosed at the time of submission — post-offer schedule change requests may be denied
