American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for an acute care hospital position requiring a minimum of 5 years of hospital case management experience and Cerner proficiency.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting in a Case Management unit
• Patient caseload ratio of 1:25–1:28
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:00)
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Floating within scope of practice required to meet facility needs
• Block scheduling is not available
• Uses Cerner/PowerChart EMR (experience required), as well as Wellsky (formerly naviHealth), PASRR entry via ASCEND, and PAE

Requirements

• Active RN license — TN or Compact license required and must be in hand (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital case management experience required
• Acute care case management experience required
• Cerner/PowerChart experience required
• Experience with Wellsky (formerly naviHealth), PASRR entry (ASCEND), and PAE knowledge required
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
