American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVOR position requiring at least 2 years of cardiovascular OR experience and on-call availability every third night and weekend.

Details

• Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) unit within a hospital setting
• Specializes in cardiovascular open heart surgical cases
• Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• On-call required every third night and every third weekend (Friday–Sunday)
• Block scheduling can be accommodated
• No floating required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in Tennessee (TN) or a Compact RN license — no pending licenses accepted
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR / cardiovascular open heart RN experience required
• Must successfully complete an arrhythmia test upon hire
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Must reside more than 35 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates (within 35 miles) are not eligible for this position
• RTO requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
