American Traveler is hiring an LVN/LPN for an Urgent Care position in Chino Hills, CA, requiring IV certification and 6 months to 1 year of urgent care experience.

Details

• Urgent care clinic setting serving both pediatric and adult patients
• 40 hours per week with 6–8 hour day shifts (8:00–16:00)
• Rotating weekend schedule with weekend and holiday coverage required
• Uses electronic EMR for charting

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license required if applicable
• 6 months to 1 year of urgent care experience required
• IV certification required
• Splinting knowledge required
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include taking vitals, rooming patients, administering medications (PO, IM, SQ), wound care, pre-employment physical exams, assisting with minor procedures, and communicating patient results
• Black scrubs required; natural hair color and no visible tattoos required
