• Work setting is an outpatient medical office
• Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Epic EMR used

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license required at time of consideration — Hawaii license required if applicable
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending licenses and certifications are not accepted
• Current BLS certification required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
