American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an inpatient Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (WOCN) position, requiring a WCC certification and at least 1 year of wound care experience.

Details

Inpatient hospital setting, Wound Care unit
Wound care team rounds on 4 to 5 units daily
Patient population spans all age groups with diagnoses including pressure injuries, chronic/acute wounds, and ostomies
Average daily patient volume of 15
Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 8:00–16:30 (5x8 hours)
No weekend or on-call requirements
Holiday coverage required as scheduled
May be required to float to the downtown campus within the specialty

Requirements

Active RN license in MD (Standard or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS and Wound Care Certified (WCC) required; WOCN preferred
Minimum 1 year of wound care experience required

Additional Information

Provide inpatient wound, ostomy, and continence nursing care across multiple hospital units
First-time travelers with strong wound care skill and experience will be considered
