American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Float Home Health position in Massachusetts, requiring at least 1 year of certified home health and case management experience with an active MA RN license.

Details

• Home health care setting serving the North Region, covering Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott areas
• Float RN role requiring travel to patient cases as assigned across the service area
• Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend rotation is once every 6 weeks
• Charting is performed in Epic; experience required
• Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted; both NURSYS and BON verification required
• Minimum 1 year of certified home health care experience required
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience required
• Current AHA-issued certifications required (AHA only — other issuers not accepted)
• Ability to independently travel to patient cases as assigned
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted

• Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families
• Performs admission processes and case management duties in accordance with MGB Home Care policies and standards of practice
• Utilizes thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication
• Care is delivered within organizational philosophy, policy, and community health practice standards
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible to apply
• Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public parking is available at candidate expense, with daily rates typically ranging from $17–$22
