American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Cath Lab Electrophysiology (EP) position requiring recent trauma experience and expertise in electrophysiology procedures.

Details

• Work in a hospital Electrophysiology (EP) Lab setting
• Specialized in placement of pacemakers, ICDs, Sub-Q ICDs, and ablations (RF and PFA)
• Procedures include circulating cases and providing moderate sedation
• Scrub experience preferred but not required
• Shift is 4x10 hours, day schedule (0700-1730 or 0730-1800)
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Small team environment

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• ASCLS credential required
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years required
• Experience circulating cases and administering moderate sedation in EP lab
• No local candidates allowed; candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assisting with placement of devices and ablations in the EP Lab
• Small, collaborative team environment
• Compliance with trauma experience and all credential requirements is mandatory throughout the assignment
• Scrub attire is required in the lab
