American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a critical need position specializing in utilization review and discharge planning with weekend rotation requirements in Georgia.

Details

• Work in a hospital setting supporting onsite utilization review, discharge planning, and patient care coordination
• Scheduled 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday with 8-hour shifts and weekend rotation
• Floating may be required to additional hospital locations as needed
• EMR system used is Epic

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Relevant case management nursing experience needed
• Experience in utilization review and discharge planning preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR is required
• Last four digits of SSN and date of birth required for credentialing

Additional Information

• Perform utilization review, discharge planning, and patient care coordination
• Collaborate with leaders and multidisciplinary teams within the hospital
• Credentialing required prior to start date
• All candidates, including local, are eligible as rate is the same for locals and travelers
• Assignment duration may not exceed two years with this health system without a break of 90 days
