Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN with at least 2 years of recent large hospital ER experience and required certifications including BLS, ACLS, NIH, TNCC, and PALS.

Details

• Position is in a 23-bed Emergency Room in a hospital setting
• Care for a diverse range of emergency patients requiring advanced interventions
• Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30
• Rotating schedule of 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next over a two-week pay period
• Orientation offered bi-weekly
• All candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of current ER experience in a large hospital required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, and PALS
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI Blue Card) certification required
• Reliable transportation is required due to limited ride share availability in the area

Additional Information

• Previous travel experience is preferred
• Attendance at bi-weekly orientation is required unless otherwise noted
