Description

American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN with at least two years of cardiac telemetry experience, travel nursing background, and current KY or compact license.

Details

• Work in a hospital Telemetry unit
• Assigned to care for cardiac telemetry patients
• Patient ratio is typically 1:5 to 1:6
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:00–7:30)
• Floating required to similar units
• Epic EMR system experience required

Requirements

• Active KY RN license or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years cardiac telemetry nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required
• Experience in pre/post cardiac patient care and central line management required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Additional Information

• Duties include dysrhythmia interpretation, cardiac patient management, and central line care
• Royal blue scrubs are required
