American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for NICU leadership, requiring previous interim leadership and Level III/IV NICU experience.

Details

• Work in a NICU setting with Level III or IV care
• Responsible for clinical and administrative leadership within the NICU
• 24-hour accountability for the department
• Epic EMR is used and Epic experience is required

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
• At least one, ideally two, completed interim leadership assignments
• NICU RN experience in a Level III or IV setting required
• Documented experience mentoring other leaders
• Epic EMR experience required
• References: one supervisory reference required from within the last two years

• Lead, mentor, and support NICU clinical team through departmental changes
• Must demonstrate strong leadership resiliency during change management
• Must limit time off before late April to meet department coverage needs
• Travel home during the assignment is permitted but should not be every weekend
