American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry position in a heart vascular moderate care unit requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of experience.

Details

• Position is in a heart vascular moderate care unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift with 12-hour shifts
• Telemetry patient population with a focus on cardiac and vascular cases
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 18 months RN experience in a similar setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Candidates with prior Emory or Houston permanent employment must be separated for 1 year (18 months if returning to the same facility)
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include monitoring and caring for cardiac and vascular patients in a moderate acuity environment
• Strict limitations on requested time off: maximum 5 days if not around holidays, maximum 3 days if during holidays, and only 1 holiday request allowed
• Holiday time off requests must be spread out and not consecutive
• No local candidates accepted per the 50-mile radius rule
