American Traveler is hiring a Case Manager RN with 5 years of hospital case management experience and Cerner expertise.

Details

• Work in a hospital case management unit
• Caseload is typically 1:25 to 1:28 patients
• Day shift schedule (5x8 hours), 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No weekends or on-call required
• Floating may be required within scope to meet facility needs

Requirements

• Active TN or compact state RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 5 years hospital case management experience required
• Experience with Cerner/Power Chart required
• Familiarity with Wellsky (formerly naviHealth), PASRR entry (ASCEND), and PAE is required
• Pending licenses not accepted

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient case management and discharge planning within hospital setting
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Referencing and release of time off will be discussed during interview
• Locals considered on a case-by-case basis
