American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with acute care case management and level 1 trauma experience for a day shift position in Southern California.

Details

• Work in the inpatient case management department of a hospital setting
• Patient population includes acute care and trauma level 1 cases
• Uses Epic EMR for documentation
• Day shift schedule: 5x8 hours, 8:00 to 16:30
• Weekends required according to department needs
• Self-scheduling

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care inpatient case management experience in Southern California required; 3 years preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
