American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric PACU position requiring a current DC nursing license and pediatric post-anesthesia care experience.

Details

• Work in a Pediatric PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) setting
• Treats pediatric patients in the post-anesthesia phase
• Standard schedule is four 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday with a variable day off
• Shift start times range from 6am to 11am
• No weekend or holiday shifts
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active DC RN license required at time of consideration
• 2-3 years of pediatric post-anesthesia care and pre-testing experience required
• No exceptions for candidates without the necessary DC license
• No background or license violations permitted

Additional Information

• Must complete non-billable modules within the first week of assignment
• Make-up shifts are required for any missed days due to call outs
• First day instructions will be sent directly to travelers, but clearance must be confirmed before reporting
• No vaccine or exemption accommodations are accepted
