American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a pediatric stepdown (PCU/Surgical Stepdown) travel assignment in Florida, requiring BLS and PALS certifications.

Details

Position is in a pediatric stepdown (PCU/Surgical Stepdown) unit within a children's hospital
Float required within the children's hospital to PCU and med surg levels
12-hour shifts with a requirement of 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
Navy blue scrubs required

Requirements

Active FL or compact RN license
Minimum 1 year of either PICU or pediatric PCU experience
BLS and PALS certifications required
Travelers must have a permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility
Returning employees must have been gone from the facility for at least 1 year

Additional Information

Primary responsibilities include caring for pediatric patients in a stepdown setting
Must be able to float between pediatric PCU and med surg units within the children's hospital
