American Traveler is hiring an experienced Hospice RN for an outpatient home care position with no call or holiday requirements and a current VA or compact RN license.

Details

• Outpatient home care setting as part of a hospice team
• Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM if needed
• No mandatory weekend, call, or holiday shifts
• Documentation is completed using Meditech HomeCare EMR
• Work attire is black or Caribbean blue scrubs

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• Previous experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
• Experience with Meditech HomeCare EMR is desirable
• Must provide two professional references for consideration
• A copy of valid driver’s license and SSN is required for consideration

Additional Information

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes
• Work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary hospice teams
• Must demonstrate strong communication and assessment skills
