American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Cath Lab Electrophysiology (EP) position requiring 2 recent years of cath lab experience and stepdown or PCU background.

Details

• Work in the Electrophysiology Lab within a hospital setting
• Day shifts with 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Treats cardiac patients requiring procedural and electrophysiology interventions
• Stepdown or progressive care unit (PCU) experience is required
• Handles specialized cardiac procedures in a Level 1 trauma environment

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma or compact RN license
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 recent years of cath lab experience
• Stepdown/PCU nursing experience required
• Ability to function independently in a specialized cath lab environment

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care and assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional EP procedures
• Document responses to interventions and monitor patient status throughout procedures
• Coordinate with the care team to deliver comprehensive patient-focused care
• No local candidates permitted within a 50-mile radius
• Standard hospital scrubs are required
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
