American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with a current IL RN license and recent acute care experience for day shifts and weekend rotations.

Details

Home health setting with primary care focus
Shift is 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Every third weekend and rotating holidays required
Eight-hour day shifts, five shifts per week
No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
At least one year of professional nursing experience within the past three years in an acute care setting required
Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER, or oncology preferred
Cardiac or wound certification preferred
Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
Holiday rotations are required according to department scheduling
