Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) day shift position, requiring a current CA RN license and recent Med/Surg LTAC experience.

Details

• Position is in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital setting on a chronic care unit
• Day shift schedule: 07:00 to 19:00
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Care for patients with complex, chronic health conditions

Requirements

• Active and current CA RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in LTAC or Med/Surg within the last 12 months
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (RCIS and RQI certifications not accepted)
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past year
• Must not hold permanent employment at any location during the travel assignment

Additional Information

• Candidates within 50 miles of the facility are subject to local rate rules
• Electronic timekeeping system required for clocking in and out
• Cannot have any certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment
• Full US Social Security Number required for consideration
• No first-time travelers specified
