American Traveler is seeking a BSN-prepared RN for a night shift Pediatrics Home Health position requiring trach, vent, and PICU experience.

Details

• Work exclusively in a home health setting with pediatric patients
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00
• Care for technology-dependent children, including those with tracheostomies and ventilators
• No facility-based shifts; all care is performed in the patient's home

Requirements

• Active Ohio or compact state RN license required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Minimum of six months experience in home health, acute care, Pediatrics, PICU, or other qualifying setting
• Pediatric ICU (PICU) experience required
• Experience with trach and ventilator care required
• Proficiency with MS Office applications is required

Additional Information

• Caring for children with developmental delays and medically complex conditions is preferred
• Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Experience managing technology-dependent pediatric patients is preferred
• Completion of pre-employment paperwork and submission of two professional references is required
