Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring a current MI license and at least two years of recent telemetry cardiac experience.

Details

• Position based in a hospital telemetry unit
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Cardiac telemetry patient population

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required and must be current at time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years recent telemetry cardiac RN experience required
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Recent traveler experience highly preferred
• Submission must include a current skills checklist (Telemetry)
• Two completed supervisory reference forms from within the last two years required

Additional Information

• Responsible for assessing, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of cardiac telemetry patient care
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate patient care plans
• No more than 5 days of time off can be requested
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are considered but may only complete one 13-week contract as a traveler
