American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with a current CA license and Cerner charting experience for a 13-week day shift contract.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Case Management unit
• Day shift, Monday through Friday schedule with every other weekend required
• Shift hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• 13-week assignment length
• Cerner EMR experience required
• No blocked or self-scheduling allowed

Requirements

• Active and valid CA RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience required, including recent acute care experience
• At least 1 year full-time equivalent Case Management experience in the past 2 years
• Cerner charting experience required
• Must pass EKG exam within 3 attempts
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required
• No RTO allowed within the first 2 weeks of assignment
• Candidates who have been travel staff at the facility must not have worked there within the past year

Additional Information

• Responsible for case management functions within a hospital setting
• Must adhere to unit coverage expectations for weekends and holidays as required
• First-time travelers may be considered if all requirements are met
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Return staff policy requires a minimum 1-year gap before returning as a traveler
• Dress code and other facility-specific policies will be provided upon assignment
