American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Case Management travel assignment requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and a valid NC or compact license.

Details

• Hospital setting in the Care Management department
• Position focuses on case management responsibilities
• Day shift from 8:00AM to 4:30PM
• 13-week assignment duration
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• At least one year of recent case management experience as an RN
• Minimum two years of overall clinical RN experience preferred
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Professional references required: one reference for most states, two for FL and MO

Additional Information

• Perform comprehensive case management, discharge planning, and care coordination for assigned patients
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by hospital policies
