Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Room position requiring current AL or compact state RN license and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Details

• Work in an acute care Emergency Room setting
• Provides care to patients in an ER environment
• Schedule consists of 3x12 hour shifts per week, with evening and night shift options
• Mid shift is 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; night shift is 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Uses Cerner EMR for charting

Requirements

• Active AL or compact state RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• TNCC certification preferred but not required

Additional Information

• Orientation consists of 16 hours
• Responsible for providing emergency care to a diverse patient population
• Standard ER dress code applies
