Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiovascular Technician for a Cardiac Cath Lab role in Lansing, MI requiring ARRT or RCIS certification and at least 2 years of cath lab experience.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratory
• Perform procedures including cardiac catheterization, angiography, peripheral angioplasty, venography, pacemaker insertions, and non-vascular interventions
• Serve both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Day shift schedule: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, 10-hour shifts
• Weekend work is limited to call coverage
• On-call required: 1 shift per week and 1 weekend call shift per month

Requirements

• Active ARRT credential or RCIS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Cardiac and interventional radiology (IR) experience preferred
• Current MI state license required

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assisting with a variety of cardiovascular and interventional procedures
• Work with both inpatients and same-day outpatients
• No more than 5 days of requested time off allowed during assignment
