Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with a valid NJ or compact license and at least 2 years of recent case management experience for a hospital-based day shift position.

Details

• Position based in a hospital Utilization Review department
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Role involves case management and utilization review functions

Requirements

• Active NJ or compact state RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in RN case management or utilization review
• BLS certification required (cannot expire within first 30 days of start; RQI and RCIS certifications are not accepted)
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Candidates must not be currently employed in a permanent role at any location within the associated health system
• Full US Social Security Number required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsible for managing patient care through the utilization review process
• Must clock in and out using the electronic timekeeping system
• Not permitted for current permanent employees of the associated health system unless officially resigned
• Candidates living within a 50-mile radius may be eligible at a lower, local rate
