American Traveler is hiring a night-shift RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Details

• Position is in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU) of a hospital
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Meditech EMR is used in the unit
• Orientation hours included as part of the assignment

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license with no current or past disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required, with at least 1 year recent CICU experience
• Current RN license must be in hand; no temporary or pending licenses accepted
• Ability to complete required on-site and online testing prior to start

Additional Information

• All ICU nurses are required to complete an on-site test in addition to online pre-test modules
• Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules instead of HealthStream modules
• Cardiac exam link provided upon offer acceptance, must be completed within 24 hours
• Timekeeping is managed using Centricity
• Local and travel candidates accepted at the same rates with no mileage restrictions
