Description

American Traveler is seeking a Hospice RN with at least 1 year of experience, a KY or compact RN license, and BLS certification for a fully on-call night position.

Details

• On-call hospice RN role serving Washington, Marion, Taylor, Green, and Adair counties in KY
• Patient caseload of 15-20 hospice patients
• Fully on-call alternating weeknight schedule, with specified overnight shifts
• Role is not a traditional 5x8s schedule
• Position is local candidate friendly

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice RN experience required
• Pending KY or compact RN license not accepted

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include delivering hospice care and responding to patient needs during on-call hours
• Block scheduling is not available
• RTO is restricted and contract completes only after full contracted timeframe is worked
• Prefer candidates with previous travel nursing experience
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week regardless of hours worked
