American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with an active AK RN license and Epic experience for a hospital-based role with weekend rotation.

Details

• Work in an acute hospital as a Case Manager
• Day shift position with 8-hour shifts, schedules may vary between 0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, or 0830-1700
• Every other weekend or four weekend days per four-week schedule required
• Epic EMR is used and Epic experience is required
• Floating within scope to different facilities in the state may be required

Requirements

• Active AK RN license required at time of consideration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• At least 2 years of acute care RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• ACM certification preferred
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility
• Former permanent staff must be separated at least 3 months before returning as a traveler

Additional Information

• Position is open to first-time travelers
• Hospital provides scrubs
• Minimal holiday time off is available and only one time off request (up to 5 days) is permitted per 13-week assignment
• All travelers are expected to float within scope as needed across state facilities
• Free parking is available on site
• Must provide two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable setting
