American Traveler is seeking a Behavioral Health RN with adolescent experience and night shift availability in Oklahoma.

Details

• Work in a behavioral health setting caring for adolescent patients
• Night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
• Required to work every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 6 months adolescent behavioral health experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required prior to start
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Handle with Care certification preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, therapeutic communication, and crisis intervention
• Monitor patient well-being and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe environment for recovery
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
• Return of name badge and keys required at end of assignment due to facility safety protocols
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be considered
• Local candidates will be considered
