Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for an inpatient hospital role requiring a MD or compact RN license and three years of acute care experience.

Details

• Work in an inpatient hospital setting within the case management department
• Manage an average daily caseload of 15 inpatient cases
• Responsibilities include providing and coordinating medical home care, patient placement, and wrap-around services for safe discharges
• Uses Epic charting system (experience preferred)
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, with 5x8 hour shifts
• No weekend shifts required

Requirements

• Active MD or compact RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of inpatient hospital or acute care experience
• BLS certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Open to first-time travelers with required inpatient experience
