Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU/Recovery position in an outpatient surgery setting, requiring a GA or compact RN license and a minimum of two years' specialty experience.

Details

Work in an outpatient surgery center in the Recovery (PACU) unit
Patient population includes post-surgical recovery cases
12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday
13-week contract assignment
No on-call responsibilities required

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU or recovery experience required
Current BLS certification required

Additional Information

RTO must be requested at the time of application and cannot be changed after offer
Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Returning perm staff must have a two-year break before being considered as travelers
First-time travelers will be considered
