American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Day Surgery Pre-Op/Phase II position in Colorado requiring current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based day surgery unit focused on Pre-Op and Phase II recovery
• Patient population includes preoperative and postsurgical patients, not PACU
• Schedule consists of four 10-hour day shifts with evening and weekend call rotation
• EMR transition onsite from Meditech to Epic, with Epic experience required during assignment
• Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility due to radius rule

Requirements

• Active Colorado or compact RN license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited or state board approved nursing program
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, including PACU or CCU experience
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA only) with current cards in hand
• Epic EMR experience required
• Proof of flu vaccination is required with no exemptions
