American Traveler is seeking an RN experienced in Mother-Baby/Post Partum care with a NJ or compact license, BLS, and NRP certifications.

Details

• Work in a hospital Mother-Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum unit
• Night shifts are required (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00)
• Patient ratio is 1:4
• Floating to Level II Nursery for lowest acuity newborns as needed
• Floating required within skillset across five local hospitals
• Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active NJ or compact RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of Mother-Baby Unit experience
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions

Additional Information

• RTO must be provided at the time of application; changes not accepted after submission
• Block scheduling is not permitted
• First-time travelers will be considered though experience is preferred
• Local pay adjustments apply for those living within 50 miles of the hospital
