Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with at least one year of skilled home health and Oasis experience for day shifts in the Salem/Keizer, OR area.

Details

• Home health position covering Salem, Keizer, and surrounding areas
• Day shift schedule, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts (no 4x10 or 3x12 schedules)
• Patient ratio is 1:1, with visits to up to 6 patients per day and a productivity expectation of 30 points
• Primary patient visits are within a grouped area, but occasional travel may exceed a 50-mile radius
• No on-call or floating to like units required for this assignment
• Use of EPIC EMR is required
• Some weekend work may be necessary

Requirements

• Active OR RN license or eligibility to obtain one before start
• Current BCLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent skilled home health RN experience
• Oasis documentation experience required
• Home health experience and reliable personal transportation required
• Primary COVID vaccine series and one booster required

Additional Information

• Must have any color scrubs
• Mileage is reimbursed at the standard IRS rate
• Must be able to drive to patient homes with minimal windshield time due to efficient scheduling
• Free parking available
• Returning former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and may not work within 50 miles of previous facility
• All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state if assigned
• Completion of pre-start and annual modules is required
• RTO restrictions apply and must be confirmed with the hiring manager
