Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with acute care and case management experience for an 8-hour day shift assignment, requiring a FL or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in care management within an acute care hospital setting
• 8-hour day shifts, scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, five days per week
• One weekend per month rotation is required
• Floating to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes as needed, with travelers floating first
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience required
• Acute care experience required
• BLS certification required
• Degree from an accredited nursing program or a minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Driver’s license address must match Board of Nursing records
• Radius requirement: Cannot own or cosign on property within 50 miles of the facility

• Provide comprehensive case management for acute care patients
• Must be flexible, a strong team player, and able to assimilate into core staff culture
• Initial orientation starts on Friday and includes remote onboarding with in-person badge pickup
• All time off requests must be submitted prior to assignment and will not be accepted after placement
• Scrub or dress code details to be provided during orientation
• First-time travelers may be considered
• COVID and flu vaccination documentation may be required
