Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) travel assignment in New Hampshire requiring an active NH or compact RN license and recent PCU experience.

Details

• Position is in a hospital Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Day shift schedule with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for patients requiring intermediate and progressive level nursing care

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA or ARC
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Social Security Number (US only) and date of birth required for consideration
• Professional references as required by state
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past year
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility—local candidates are not eligible

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to progressive care and intermediate acuity patients in a team environment
• Maintain documentation and adhere to hospital standards for patient safety and care
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Holiday coverage may be required as needed
