Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a critical care ICU night shift with a NM or Compact RN license and ICU experience.

Details

• Work in an ICU within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, typically four 12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00
• Option for either 36 or 48 hours per week
• Patient ratios are 1:2
• Floating required to similar units as needed
• Weekend shifts are required

Requirements

• Active NM or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• At least 1 year of recent ICU RN experience required; 1-2 years preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
• Former permanent staff must have at least a 1-year separation before taking a travel role

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Travelers will receive a brief onsite orientation to the unit and must complete orientation modules
• No travel pairs or groups are accepted for this position
• No more than 3 days of requested time off will be automatically approved, and no time off is allowed during the first week of orientation
