American Traveler is seeking an RN Case Manager with at least one year of recent case management experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a hospital case management department
• Day shift, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active TX or compact state RN license required
• Minimum one year of recent case management experience
• Must provide a valid US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• References required according to state guidelines (Florida and Missouri require two, other states require one)
• No local candidates; must live at least 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

• Responsible for facilitating patient care coordination and discharge planning
• Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members
• Applicants must have required documentation prepared for onboarding
• Position does not accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius
