American Traveler is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor with an active MA RN license and AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Details

• Work in the Nurse Supervisors department within a hospital setting
• Role involves hospital-wide oversight and onsite administrative support after hours
• Position supports a year-round patient population with significant seasonal increases
• Rotating shifts are required with a 36-hour workweek
• EPIC is used for charting and documentation

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered MA RN license required prior to consideration; no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or relevant nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system preferred
• Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exemptions permitted
• Primary source license verification via both NURSYS and BON required

Additional Information

• The Clinical Nursing Supervisor provides leadership and guidance to ensure competence and excellence in patient care across the continuum
• Acts as the onsite administrative resource and provides hospital-wide oversight during assigned shifts
• Shared housing is provided at no cost for the duration of the assignment
• Permanent residence must be at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for standard rate eligibility
